A Jason Mohammed unbeaten century helped T&T Red Force’s recovery on day one of their regional four-day opener against Guyana at Conaree Cricket Centre in St. Kitts.
T&T lost a couple early wickets but Mohammed had a 115-run partnership with Tion Webster who made 50 before departing, as Red Force got to 215/4 before bad light ended play early.
For Guyana, Ronsford Beaton had with figures of 2/39, while Veerasammy Permaul had 2/40.
In Warner Park, Leeward Islands Hurricanes were bowled out for 137 by the West Indies Academy who closed Day 1 on 60/2.
At Sabina Park, home team Jamaica Scorpions were bowled out for 159 by Windward Islands Volcanoes.
Johann Jeremiah (66) and Sunil Ambris (30) were the not out batsmen at the end of Day 1, as the Volcanoes closed on 157/2.
No play was possible on Day 1 at Chedwin Park in the clash between Barbados Pride and the Combined Campuses and Colleges due to a waterlogged field.
Play in the games continue at 10am today.
