There will be a water disruption in parts of northeast Trinidad between 9am and 3pm on Thursday.

WASA says this is to facilitate planned desilting works at the intake of the Aripo Water Treatment Plant.

Areas to be affected include Santa Rosa Heights, Tumpuna Road Malabar from Henri Street to Malabar Branch Road, Tractor Pool Road, Pinto Road, Train Line, KP Lands Valencia, La Plata Valencia, Silica Road and Valencia.
