Madonna is being sued by two fans for being late by more than two hours for a show last month in New York.

BBC News says the case is being brought by Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden, who say “many ticketholders who attended concerts on a weeknight had to get up early to go to work and/or take care of their family responsibilities the next day”.

They added that they “would not have paid for tickets” had they known the show would finish so late.

The lawsuit cites Madonna as a defendant, along with tour operator and promoter Live Nation Worldwide, Inc; Live Nation M Tours; and Brooklyn Events Center, LLC, which does business as Barclays Center.

This is not the first time Madonna has faced legal troubles for starting her shows late.

In 2019, during her “Madame X” theater tour, the she was similarly sued by concertgoer at her Miami show.
