Three persons were killed by gunmen in Morvant last night.

Around 7:50pm, a dark coloured pick-up pulled alongside several persons liming under a tent near Building D in Paradise Heights.

Three armed assailants alighted, shot at the group, re-entered the vehicle, and fled the scene.

26-year-old Shaqkeem Dennis died at the scene, while 19-year-old Israel Mc Laren and Jammol Williams succumbed to their injuries shortly after.
