The Prime Minister has responded to a newspaper editorial which he says published disinformation.

Dr Keith Rowley says the editorial, published yesterday, stated, “It was regrettable that Dr Rowley has so many assets that he forgot to include a recently purchased townhouse in his declaration.”

However, the PM says this matter was addressed in 2021 via a media briefing in which he provided documents to prove that a declaration was made via the prescribed Form A for declarations of real property.

Furthermore, he adds that he was subjected to three years of investigations surrounding the matter, which concluded last year.

The PM says he intends to defend himself at every turn.
