Two men were gunned down this morning in Tobago.

Around 12:45am, shots were fired from within a vehicle that pulled up outside Chill Out Bar on Milford Road.

The vehicle later collided with a wall along Milford Road, however the assailants escaped into nearby bushes.

Officers responding to the incident found 33-year-old Akeem Frith and 62-year-old Fritz Lawrence Alleyne lying motionless in the Sherwin Williams car park on the corner of Mt. Pleasant Boulevard.

Both were subsequently pronounced dead.
