The Finance Minister says 30,000 out of 34,000 public servants will receive back pay in accordance with his 2024 budget announcement.

In the presentation of the fiscal package in back in October, Mr Colm Imbert said back pay will be paid by Christmas 2023 to public sector workers who settled wage negotiations.

Today in Parliament, the Minister was asked to indicate how many of employees will not be paid before Christmas.
