A 70-year-old man has been granted $150,000 bail after appearing in court charged with one count of indecent assault against a minor.

The victim says she was at a relative’s home when a male suspect allegedly asked her to have sex with him.

When she refused, the man allegedly touched her inappropriately.

On Tuesday the Princes Town pensioner appeared before Princes Town Magistrate Taramatie Ramdass who adjourned the matter to December 14th, 2023.
