Shannen Doherty says she is committed to battling stage four breast cancer.

Speaking to People magazine, the Beverly Hills 90210 actress says she is determined to keep going with treatment to treat the cancer that has now spread to her bones.

The 52-year-old said, “I’m not done with living. I’m not done with loving. I’m not done with creating.”

And with new cancer treatments and clinical trials being offered, she hopes to get better, insisting that “her greatest memory is yet to come”.

Doherty has been sharing her health battles for several years, having been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015.

In 2016 she underwent a mastectomy, but surgery showed the cancer cells could have spread beyond the lymph nodes.

Following chemotherapy and radiotherapy, she went into remission in 2017, however in February 2020 she revealed that her breast cancer had returned.

Doherty is best known for her roles in TV series such as “Charmed” as well as the original “Beverly Hills 90210” and its 2019 reboot.
