Two suspects were arrested as police recovered $150,000 in stolen appliances overnight.

The TTPS says the breakthrough was made by detectives leading investigations into a warehouse breaking and larceny report in Barataria sometime between November 1st and 15th.

During the overnight operation, officers executed two search warrants at the homes of a 62-year-old man from San Juan and a 56-year-old man from Barataria.

They allegedly found 11 washing machines, eight stoves, five chest freezers, and three refrigerators.

A black Toyota Hilux was also seized pending further investigations.

The men are expected to be charged soon.
