Three suspects were held this morning for various drug offences.

Among them are a couple from Fish Port, Guayaguayare, who have been jointly charged with possession of 410 grams of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of 502 grams of cannabis.

Also held was a 38-year-old man from Tyndale Extension, Mayaro, who was charged with possession of 184 grammes of cannabis.

All three were arrested during drug suppression raids conducted between 4am and 8am today in the Eastern Division.

The TTPS says officers executed several search warrants at four priority offenders during which they allegedly found various narcotics with the assistance of Canine Officers Cpl Bernard and PC Kalpoo with Canines Sherriff and Anya, respectively.
