Australia set up a meeting with India in the ICC Cricket World Cup Final after beating South Africa by 3 wickets today.
Batting first, the Proteas were bowled out for 212, despite a fighting 101 from David Miller in the middle of the order.
Mitchell Starc and skipper Pat Cummins grabbed 3 wickets each.
Australia’s reply was met with its own challenges – opener Travis Head led the way with 62, however wickets fell regularly throughout the innings.
Starc and Cummins eventually closed their account on 215/7, hitting the winnings runs with just 16 deliveries to spare
Head was named Player of the Match.
The final is carded for Sunday.
