36-year-old Warren Whelan of Fullerton Village, Cedros has not been seen since October 30th.

Whelan is of mixed descent, 5 feet 8 inches tall, slim built, brown in complexion, and has thick eyebrows, a pug nose and two gold front teeth.

He was last seen wearing an orange-coloured coverall and black rubber boots.

The TTPS says anyone with information on his whereabouts can call the Cedros Police Station at 690-1196.
