T&T has picked up its fourth medal at the 2023 PanAm Games with Michelle-Lee Ahye grabbing bronze in the women’s 100m.
In the final, Ahye clocked 11.53 seconds to finish just behind Guyana’s Jasmine Abrams who ran 11.52 seconds.
Cuba’s Yunisleidy Garcia won gold with a time of 11.36 seconds.
Ahye’s fellow T&T runner, Reyare Thomas finished sixth in 11.69 seconds.
So far at Santiago 2023, T&T has won two bronze, one silver and one gold.
