A Caribbean Airlines structure in Piarco was damaged by high winds this afternoon.
Photos showing the damage are currently being circulated on social media and messaging platforms.
In a brief statement, CAL said several galvanized sheets on a section of Hangars 09 and 10 were displaced by winds associated with early afternoon thunderstorms.
There were no injuries.
CAL says contractors are already on site conducting an assessment and have secured the loose sheets.
Meanwhile in Gasparillo, a pick-up was damaged after a tree was blown over at the Gasparillo Secondary School.
Wind damage was also reported to several structures in parts of Central and South Trinidad.
