A 45-year-old coach has been charged with Indecent Assault.

On October 26th 2022, a 20-year-old woman was at her home, when she received a call from a man asking her to accompany him to Signal Hill.

When they got to the area, they went to an area on top some tanks, where the man allegedly touched her inappropriately.

The accused appeared in the Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on September 11th and was granted $80,000 bail.

He expected to reappear on October 9th 2023.
