Shah Rukh Khan’s latest Bollywood film, as not only set the box office alight in India, but is getting international success as well.

“Jawan” finished in fourth place on the North American box office tally this weekend, one of the highest placements ever for a Bollywood film.

It earned $7.5 million in North America over four days this weekend, with only three films doing better: “The Nun 2”, “Equalizer 3” and “My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3”.

“Jawan” earnings in India were record-breaking, and together with SRK’s previous film “Pathaan”, they hold the first and second place respectively on the list of all-time highest weekend grossers for Bollywood movies.
