Final rites were performed today for Rennie Ramnarine.

A funeral took place at SAPA from 9am before cremation at Mosquito Creek.

At SAPA, tributes were paid to the musician and singer.

This included an emotional musical tribute by his brother and fellow Dil-E-Nadan bandmember, Raymond Ramnarine.

Rennie passed away on Monday after battling kidney failure for a number of years.
