Two men have been placed on bail and ordered to stay away from two teenage girls after appearing in court.
The first man, a 43-year-old machine operator, has been charged with sexual penetration and giving a child a dangerous drug but has pleaded not guilty.
According to a police report, in April this year, a teenage girl was taken by a man to a couple bars to eat and have a beer, causing the girl to become intoxicated.
The girl alleges that she was taken to the man’s house where he had sexual intercourse with her.
The second suspect, a 46-year-old PH taxi driver, pleaded not guilty to sexual penetration and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
The victim alleges that she was sexually assaulted by a man on separate occasions between June and December 2020.
Both suspects are due before a judge in September, 2023.
