All eight people trapped on a dangling cable car in Pakistan have now been rescued.
According to BBC News, this update comes from the country’s Interior Ministry, which praised the “selflessness and determination” of the rescuers
Some of the group were rescued by helicopter and the others by zip line after night fell
The six children and two adults were trapped almost 1,200 feet in the air for more than 15 hours.
Makeshift cable cars are widely used in the mountainous region, and the children were going to school when the cables snapped.
