The Land Settlement Agency has distributed 180 residential lots to former Petrotrin workers.
Applicants were selected via a computerized random draw.
At a ceremony this morning for the draw, Housing Minister Camille Robinson-Regis said over 250 former workers have already received lots.
She added that more lots are being developed.
According to the Housing Minister, each lot was developed at a cost of $180,000.
This follows a Cabinet decision for the workers to receive residential and agricultural lots following the closure of the refinery.
