The TTPS says there may be a temporary disruption of traffic along Wrightson Road this afternoon.

The opening of the Commonwealth Youth Games is carded to begin at 4pm today.

As such, the Traffic and Highway Patrol Branch will be coordinating escorts for officials and delegates to the Hasely Crawford Stadium.

The TTPS says these movements may temporarily disrupt traffic along Wrightson Road.

The 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games will run from August 4th – 11th.

Young athletes from 71 countries will compete for top honours in seven disciplines.

Events will be held in both Trinidad and Tobago.
