Germany’s women’s football team failed to reach the knockout stages of the Women’s World Cup, after 1-1 draw against South Korea, making it the first time in their history to end the tournament so quickly.

South Korea finish bottom of that group, having lost their first two matches.

In the knockout stage, Colombia faces Jamaica on Tuesday, while Morocco takes on France.

The Round of 16 begins on Saturday with Spain playing Switzerland, and Japan facing Norway.
