An electrical problem at the Tucker Valley Pumping Station has caused a water supply disruption in parts of North-West Trinidad.

WASA says emergency repairs are underway and are expected to be completed by 6pm tomorrow.

Some affected areas are Glencoe, L’Anse Mitan, Big Yard, Shorelands, The Park, and along the Western Main Road from Teteron Barracks, Chaguaramas, to La Horquette Valley Road.

WASA adds it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas following completion of the repairs.
