A Bob Marley biopic is coming.

A trailer for “Bob Marley: One Love” was released last week, with the movie due to hit theatres on January 12th 2024.

The iconic singer-songwriter will be played by Kingsley Ben-Adir and the movie will focus on specific parts of Bob’s Legendary career.

The trailer pays particular attention to the assassination attempt against the singer in 1976.

Bob Marley died at the age of 36 on May 11th 1981, due to melanoma.

“Bob Marley: One Love” is produced in partnership with the Marley family with the singer’s son, Ziggy Marley, serving as a producer.

It’s directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green, who also directed “King Richard”.
