Minister of Defence, Wayne Sturge came to the defence of two citizens whose vehicles were involved in an accident yesterday in Diego Martin.

A photo of him at the site of the crash appeared online, but contrary to speculation, he was not involved in the accident.

The Minister got out of his vehicle to find out if any one was injured.

He then left to inquire at the nearby police and fire stations as to why officers had not responded up to 23 minutes after the crash took place.

Mr. Sturge has thanked his security detail for providing timely and professional assistance to the injured parties.
