T&TEC launches new mobile app & customer portal

T&TEC has launched a new mobile app and customer portal.

It says customers can use the app to manage their account, including

Pay their bill using a one-time payment or scheduled payments via the Automatic Credit Card Payment Facility

  • Sign up for (paperless) E-billing
  • View consumption history
  • View payment history
  • View/update account information
  • Access billing history and downloadable PDF bills (E-billing customers)

They can also access services and support, such as:

View planned and unplanned outages

  • Report defective streetlights, outages and dangerous situations
  • Receive alerts on reports
  • Request services (new connections, close an account, check meter, etc.)
  • Make claims on damaged appliances

There will also be automated notifications to remind when their bill is ready for payment, if they are due for disconnection, or if their account has been disconnected.

The app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
