The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago has entered into a two-year sponsorship deal with the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association.

The intention is to strengthen the national side as it prepares for its World Cup pursuit.

Last evening, a $3 million cheque was presented by NGC officials to TTFA President Kieron Edwards during the TT-Cuba Concacaf qualifier at the Ato Bolden Stadium in Couva.

Through this sponsorship, NGC pledged its commitment to funding player preparation, including international training camps, specialised coaching and technical staff.
