COP Leader Prakash Ramadhar has welcomed the announcement of the Election date.

In a statement to 103.1FM, he said citizens have the opportunity on April 28th 2025 to determine if they wish to be led by propaganda or performance.

He expressed hope for an incident free poll and called on persons to vote based on what they want for the future of T&T.

He added that there was much work to be done in a short space of time.
