Defence Force Soldier Kevin Hamilton has been charged with the murder of Chezerae Kidney-Ramdass who was killed earlier this year.

The 40-year-old Lance Corporal who appeared before a Master of the High Court was not called upon to plead and was remanded into custody until a sufficiency hearing on September 30th.

The charges stem from a shooting on January 29th at Orchid Gardens, Pleasantville when 29-year-old shopkeeper Kidney-Ramdass was killed by someone pretending to be a customer.
