SEWA-TT has partnered with the Local Government Ministry to facilitate its first training for volunteers interested in joining the Community Emergency Response Team.

The CERT Training programme is designed to equip persons with skills for preparing, responding and recovering from disasters and emergencies.

The training which is free of charge, will be done in four sessions from March 29th, with 32 hours of theory and five hours of simulation training.
