A 27-year-old Arima man has been arrested for three outstanding warrants.

During exercises yesterday afternoon, officers monitored suspicious individuals and vehicles at strategic locations within the Arima Business Central District.

The TTPS says special attention was given to known crime hotspots in Zone Four and areas where known priority offenders frequently gather.

The suspect was seen entering the Arima Police Station, where he was approached and informed of the outstanding warrants.

He is expected to appear in the Arima First Magistrate Court today.
