An elderly man was fatally crushed by a music truck in San Fernando.

The victim has been identified as 74-year-old Selwyn Little.

According to reports, the incident occurred on Cipero Street, shortly after 4pm on Carnival Monday.

Little was holding a banner in front of the music truck when the vehicle’s brakes failed.
