WASA says it will discontinue the Sure-Pay online bill payment option, effective March 15th 2025.

This follows SurePay’s announcement that its Trinidad and Tobago service would end on March 15th.

The Authority assures that several payment alternatives remain available, including:

• Any WASA’s nine customer service centres for in-person payments.
• Commercial banks.
• Western Union and VIA outlets.
• Online payments at www.wasa.gov.tt
• Coming soon: WASA’s new and improved services app.
