Emergency mechanical repairs are currently underway at Barrackpore Well #3.

The issue has led to an unplanned water disruption to areas served by that well, namely between LP 145 to junction of Cumuto and Rochard Douglas including Mohammed Trace, Cumuto South Trace; Cumuto North from Rochard Douglas to Ali Khan Trace including Jagan Trace and Teelucksingh Trace.

The repairs however will take some time, as WASA expects the supply to be restored by 8pm tomorrow, Tuesday 25th February, 2025.
