Three persons were injured in an early morning accident along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway in Aranguez.

According to reports, the incident took place shortly after 3am when the driver of a white Nissan Tiida lost control of the vehicle, hitting a bus shed.

The driver lost both of his legs in the accident, while his two passengers also sustained serious injuries.

Meanwhile around 4am, a head-on collision was reported along Lady Young Road, Morvant.

One of the drivers involved was Nickeila Ryan of Morvant, who died in the accident.
