A partnership to improve Tobago’s agricultural education has been signed between the University of Trinidad and Tobago and the THA’s Division of Food Security.

The Memorandum of Understanding established a relationship with the THA and UTT’s Biosciences, Agriculture and Food Technology programmes to sustain and develop the country’s agricultural sector.

Both agreed an advantage of this initiative is a reduction in the need to travel to Trinidad for these services, benefitting Tobago based students the most.
