The Met Service has discontinued its High Winds and Hazardous Seas Alerts for Trinidad and Tobago.

The TTMS says low-level winds continue to decrease, reducing dangerous gusts. Northern and Eastern sea conditions and coastlines are improving as wind speeds decrease.

However, in the case of showers, wind gusts can occur and seas may become choppy.
