A headless corpse found in Blanchisseuse has been tentatively identified.

The body is believed to be 19-year-old Armando Kenneth of Bethel, Tobago.

According to reports, the body was found at Damian’s Bay with both hands tied behind his back and several wounds on the chest.

The head was nearby.
