WASA is transitioning to paperless billing.
The changeover to e-billing as the sole platform for bill distribution began on February 3rd.
A WASA official said the digital transition will not be reversed, but assured that persons without digital service access can use their account number to pay their bill at payment centres.
WASA will also provide the necessary support to assist persons with the transition and urged the public to make the switch in order to avoid disconnection.
