West Indies U19 women are into the Super Six stage of the U19 T20 World Cup after knocking out hosts Malaysia.

West Indies could only manage 112/7 batting first, but skipper Samara Ramnath starred with the ball, taking 4/6 as Malaysia were bowled out for 59.

After losing two games and winning one in Group A, West Indies finished in third, securing advancement to the next round.

The top two teams from two Super 6 groups will move on to the semi-finals.
