The appointment of a Prime Minister must happen at the polls, according to UNC Deputy Political Leader.
At the UNC’s meeting in Debe last night, Dr Roodal Moonilal criticized the manner in which Stuart Young was backed to take over as Prime Minister when Dr Keith Rowley steps down.
He insisted that a Prime Minister must be elected by the citizenry.
