The Police Commissioner says doors are always open, days after the Prime Minister said that, in some areas, officers are closing up stations at night.

In a statement, Mrs Erla Harewood-Christopher says the TTPS is dedicated to performing its functions, based on long-standing internal policies.

This policy also defines the security protocols applicable to all police occupied buildings.

She says if any member of the public has difficulty in accessing a police station, they should call 736-TTPS.
