Some of WASA’s water treatment facilities have resumed operations after being impacted by recent rainfall.

WASA says the facilities back up as at 9am are La Pastora, Caura, Acono and L&N which service La Pastora, Lopinot, El Dorado, Tacarigua, parts of Tunapuna and Maracas St Joseph.

The Aripo, Guanapo, Quare, Matura and Tompire facilities in Trinidad and the Hillsborough West, Richmond and Highlands Road facilities in Tobago are awaiting the clearing of river conditions to restart operations.
