TTPost says it will be putting forward an offer to the T&T Postal Workers Union.

In a media release, it notes that the offer would be for Bargaining Units 1 and 3 for the periods 2011-2013, 2014-2016 and 2017-2019.

It says this offer follows discussions on compensation, working conditions and job security.

TTPost adds that it also invited the union to submit proposals for Bargaining Unit 2 for the periods July 1st, 2017 to June 30th, 2020 and July 1st, 2020 to June 30th, 2023.

The parties have agreed to a second meeting for follow-ups on January 16th, 2025.
