Keithroy Halliday has officially assumed office as WASA’s new CEO.

Yesterday, he toured the WASA Head Office and engaged with staff at the utility’s call centre.

During the visit, Mr. Halliday emphasized the importance of open communication and his commitment to an inclusive approach to transforming the Authority.

He also vowed to focus on employee welfare as a critical factor in service delivery, saying “Their hard work and passion are the backbone of our service to the country.”

Mr Halliday most recently served as acting CEO of the Barbados Water Authority.
