Three suspects have been held in connection with a double homicide in Diego Martin.

Around 6:30pm yesterday, three persons were liming near a mini-mart on Hillarie Street when three suspects exited a silver AD wagon and opened fire.

All three victims were taken to hospital where two later died – they have been identified as 27-year-old Kalvin Levine and 26-year-old Anfernee Rahim Eligon.

Following the incident, officers held a suspect at Covigne Road.

Later at Boiler Trace, they recovered an abandoned silver wagon containing critical evidence and proceeded to arrest two additional suspects at Upper Richplain Road.

One of the suspects was reportedly in possession of a Sig Sauer pistol loaded with 9-mm ammunition.
