Terrance Hinds is in the West Indies T20I squad to face England, alongside the returning Akeal Hosein, Shimron Hetmyer, Nicolas Pooran and Andre Russell.
Hinds toured with the West Indies in Sri Lanka last month but did not play, while the returning quartet missed the tour for personal reasons.
Another addition to the T20I line-up is Matthew Forde who steps in to replace Alzarri Joseph who is on a two-match suspension.
The series bowls off with back-to-back matches in Barbados on November 9 and 10 before moving to Saint Lucia for the final games on November 14, 16, and 17.
