Seismic acquisition for the Manakin-Cocuina field has been completed, with the data collected now in the processing stage.

This update was given today as bpTT executives met with Energy Minister Stuart Young and others.

bpTT President David Campbell also provided an update on the company’s joint venture, deep water projects and the divestment of its mature assets to Perenco.

According a statement from the Energy Ministry, drilling at the Cypre development continues and further development drilling opportunities are being evaluated.

With regarding to renewable energy, it was reported that the 92.2 megawatts solar project, ‘Project Lara’ is continuing and expected to be online by 2025.
