Singer Liam Payne has died at the age of 31.

According to a report by CNN, Payne fell from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He is best known for his days in One Direction, which was assembled during the 2010 season of The X Factor.

The group announced a hiatus in 2015, with Payne later releasing his debut solo album in 2019 titled “LP1.”

He had a son, born in 2017, with former Girls Aloud member, Cheryl Cole.
